Your Manager Will:
- Utilize our proven Fractional Sales Management Process to ensure expectations are clear, accountability is in place, and use meetings and conversations to support both.
- Evaluate your team and sales performance to identify where coaching is needed to improve performance.
- Take care of the hiring process when a salesperson is being replaced or when it’s time to expand the team.
- Optimize compensation plans to align with your business’s sales and profit goals.
- Lead Sales Team Meetings (weekly team, one-on-ones, impromptu) in an engaging, consistent, and focused manner.
- Provide Sales Coaching individually during monthly and impromptu one-on-ones, as well as team coaching during the weekly meetings. Practice Sales Performance Management to address weak performance areas and build on strengths. This includes when a sales rep should be let go due to inability to meet expectations.
If Running on EOS®, if invited, we will sit in the Sales Leader Seat and participate in weekly Level 10 meetings and quarterly/annual review and planning days. *Additional Fees Apply
